This is my favourite for those stressed-out times when my body is tense and my breathing is shallow. I emerge from the 60-min class relaxed, thoroughly stretched and totally reconnected to my breath. Challenging and sometimes painful to give in to the deep stretches, but so very rewarding.

Elise was not only attentive to my tender spots but was open to feedback and learning what she could do to make my follow up massage perfect. I've had a membership elsewhere for months and I plan on canceling to leverage her as my primary massage therapist. Loved the muscle relaxing gel and awesomely welcoming studio. Very satisfied and excited for me next session.
